International Armored Group is a quality conscious armored vehicle manufacturer with over 20 years of experience specializing in the fields of design, engineering, prototyping and manufacturing of armored commercial and tactical vehicles, armored components, and ballistic glass and framing systems, with locations in the USA, Canada, UAE, Turkey, Bulgaria, UK, Yemen, Iraq and Pakistan. We have grown substantially over the years and have become one of the most technologically advanced armored vehicle manufacturers in the world.

As proof of our company’s capabilities, in April of 2010 International Armored Group became one of the world’s first armored vehicle manufacturers to produce a fully certified armored vehicle, the BRV2009 VR7 Toyota Land Cruiser 200, certified by Beschussamt Mellrichstadt.
Since receiving certification, we gradually expanded our UAE manufacturing capability from producing 30 vehicles per month to the current capacity of 150 vehicles per month, increasing IAG’s production volume by 40%, in order to meet the increasing demand of armored vehicles.
One of the greatest threats encountered by armored vehicles is IED attacks or blast attacks.
Unless a vehicle’s design has actually undergone live blast testing, it is very difficult to evaluate whether a vehicle’s armor has been designed well. International Armored Group’s VPAM BRV 2009 VR7 certified Toyota Landcruiser 200 Convoy® has been tested against both ballistic attacks and blast attacks by Beschussamt Mellrichstadt of Germany. The vehicle and simulated occupants fully survived detonation of DM51 German hand grenades, HG85 Swiss fragmentation grenades, DM31 anti-personnel mine and a 12.5kg PETN (17kg TNT equivalent) side blast attack without any deformation.
In addition to low profile light armored vehicles, IAG offers a wide range of Armored Personnel Carriers based on various truck chassis. These APCs all integrate a V-hull design and are designed to fill the gap between the much more expensive and heavy MRAPs and low profile, light armored vehicles. These include the Guardian, Sentinel, Jaws, Sentry and Rhino Armored Personnel Carriers. All the APC’s can be armored up to NIJ IV / CEN B7.
IAG’s engineering department has over 60 years of combined experience in design and manufacturing of armored vehicles. Our state-of-the-art production facility allows the teams of highly skilled engineers and technicians to convert any vehicle platform into a fully re-engineered protective vehicle. These include armoring solutions for VIP Protection, Luxury & Operational SUVs and cars, Police and Law Enforcement, Pickups & Trucks, Ambulances, Tactical and Armored Personnel Carriers and Cash-in-Transit vehicles.
