Direct Debit Guarantee: If you pay for your subscription by Direct Debit you are automatically protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. A copy of this should be sent to you by the publisher of the magazine/s you have selected along with the details of the date of the first Direct Debit from your account and the frequency and amount of subsequent payments. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society but some magazines do stipulate a minimum subscription term (ordinarily, this will be made clear at the point of ordering).

Direct Debit based Special Offers: Unfortunately, some people attempt to abuse the fantastic Direct Debit offers that Publishers make, by taking out lots of subscriptions and then cancelling them (retaining issues and/or free gifts). While we have automatic processes in place to identify these types of transactions, we also manually check all orders every day. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are deemed to be fraudulent or suspect in any way and will not pass them to the Publisher. Where a free gift is included with a Direct Debit-based offer, unless otherwise stated, it is only available to customers who continue beyond the special offer trial (i.e. once the first full-price amount has been debited from their bank account). Ordinarily, free gift items will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of this date.

 All free gifts are offered subject to availability, while stocks last (stock levels should be indicated on the relevant product page). In addition, whilst every effort will be made to supply the gift illustrated, the Publisher reserves the right to provide an alternative if, for any reason, they cannot supply the original.
